Vanessa White

Vanessa White is an experienced professional in organisational development and people services, currently serving as Deputy Director of People Services and Head of Organisational Development at Cardiff Metropolitan University since August 2017. With a strong focus on senior leadership development and coaching, Vanessa has successfully managed the implementation of various OD projects aligned with the university's strategic priorities. Prior to this role, Vanessa held the position of Director at Leaderful Action Ltd, where Vanessa designed and delivered development solutions aimed at enhancing individual and team capabilities. Vanessa's background includes roles as Managing Director at Freshbaked Corporate Ltd, Leadership and Management Trainer at Acorn Recruitment Ltd, and Learning & Development Consultant at Virgin Atlantic Airways, among others. Vanessa holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of South Wales, a Post-Graduate qualification in Executive Coaching & Mentoring from the University of Sussex, and a BA(Hons) in Communication Studies from the University of Glamorgan.
