Jayne Sadgrove

Jayne Sadgrove is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various institutions. Currently serving as Honorary Fellow and Senior Professional Fellow at Cardiff University since May 2019, Jayne also holds positions as an Independent Member for Health Education and Improvement Wales and Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at Cardiff University Students' Union. Previous roles include Vice Chair of the Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board and Chief Operating Officer at Cardiff University, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of Professional Services in support of academic activities. Additionally, Jayne has served on several committees, including the Lord Chancellor's Advisory Committee and the Living Wage Commission. Jayne holds an M.A. in Classics and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
