Anais Estrella

Anais Estrella is an experienced portfolio manager currently at Cardinal Group Management since May 2021, where involvement includes serving as a co-chair of the 2024 DE&I Council and mentoring within the organization. Previous roles include assistant portfolio manager, recognized as a finalist for the 2023 APM of the Year, and a traveling operations manager at Peak Campus. Anais has held various property management positions at Campus First Student Living and The Preiss Company, and served as a senior leasing consultant and marketing assistant early in a career that began at Target as a stores executive intern. Anais holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Management from emlyon business school, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Florida.
