Greg Martini is Senior Vice President, Head of Student Housing Investments for Cardinal Group Investments. His primary responsibilities include overseeing all deal sourcing, research, underwriting, market analysis, structuring, and transaction execution for student housing acquisitions.
Prior to joining Cardinal Group Investments, Greg Martini served as Vice President of acquisitions for a student housing group and managed projects totaling more than $2 billion in acquisitions and developments, as well as dispositioning over $5 billion while working on the brokerage team.
Greg Martini holds his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University’s School of Business.
