Javier D. Jas-Garcia has extensive experience in the fields of clinical research and academia, currently serving as a Statistical Programmer at the Cardiovascular Research Foundation since September 2015, and previously held the position of Senior Clinical Research Associate. From September 2005 to June 2015, Javier was a Professor at the Sport Studies Center. Earlier in their career, Javier worked as a Research Assistant at the Neurosciences National Centre in Havana, Cuba, from January 1999 to June 2004. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Systems Science from Thomas J. Watson College of Engineering and Applied Science, Binghamton University (2018-2023), a Master's in Physiology with a focus on Neuro-Physiology from Universidad de la Habana (2005-2008), and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Facultad de Biologia, Universidad de la Habana (1994-1999).
