Shawn Ricketts, SHRM-CP, serves as the Talent & Engagement Partner at the Cardiovascular Research Foundation since July 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, Ricketts has held various leadership roles at United Cerebral Palsy of MetroBoston since August 2002, including Vice President of Human Resources and Assistant Vice President, contributing to the organization's strategic growth and development of staffing practices. Additionally, Ricketts has previously worked as the Director of Residential Supports, overseeing recruitment and leading teams to ensure high standards in service delivery to individuals in residential care. Prior to this, Ricketts was a Senior Coordinator at ADAPT Community Network from September 2019 to July 2023. Ricketts holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and further educational qualifications from Suffolk University.

The CRF Center for Education delivers world-class education and training for the interventional cardiovascular team at more than 50 meetings and conferences each year, including the annual Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics (TCT®) scientific symposium. CRF Digital expands access to our educational programming by harnessing the power of digital platforms to further the practice of interventional cardiovascular medicine. The centerpiece of CRF Digital is TCTMD, the most comprehensive online news source in interventional cardiology and provides in-depth coverage across the spectrum of cardiovascular disease research and practice.
