Cindy Schmargen

Cindy Schmargen has an extensive career in operations and project management, currently serving as SVP of Operations Delivery and Support at CardWorks since August 2002. Over the years, Cindy has held various senior leadership positions within the company, including SVP roles in Operational Change Management and Operations, as well as VP of Project Management & Collections and AVP of Project Management & Collections. Prior to joining CardWorks, Cindy worked at May Department Stores as Divisional Collection Manager for the Kaufmann's Division in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, from August 1989 to July 2002. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Duquesne University, attained between 1982 and 1986.
