Doug Sternberg

Doug Sternberg is an accomplished graphic design professional currently serving as Lead Graphic Design Manager at Care New England since December 2022, where leadership of the graphic design team supports one of Rhode Island's largest hospital systems. Previously, Doug worked as Art Director for NFPA from September 2014 to August 2022, overseeing the design and layout of a quarterly member magazine while expanding digital and print design strategies. Doug's career began at Rhode Island Monthly, where a progression from Graphic Designer to Associate Art Director involved developing marketing and advertising strategies, modernizing the photo library, and enhancing sales through creative redesigns. Doug holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Arizona and an Associate of Applied Sciences in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes.
