Matthew Mitchell

Matthew Mitchell is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as a Global Solution Architect and Engineering Manager at TES since January 2022, Matthew previously held multiple roles at the Care Quality Commission from March 2015, including IS Senior Developer (Team Lead) and Application Development Manager, leading significant projects such as the redevelopment of the MH SOAD Portal and overseeing an extensive budget for a new registrations service. Prior experience includes serving as Application Development Team Lead at The University of Nottingham and System Designer at Nottingham County Council, where a focus on ASP.NET MVC and effective team management was paramount.
