Terri Salt

Terri Salt is currently the Chair of the Independent Review Panel at Hampshire County Council. With a diverse background in healthcare and consulting, Terri has held various titles such as Senior Specialist for secondary and specialist care at Care Quality Commission, Director at Towards Outstanding Limited and Salt of the Earth Consulting, and Senior Assessment Manager at Healthcare Commission. Terri has also worked as a Lecturer and Tutor in Childhood Studies and Area Manager for Children and Families. Additionally, Terri has authored a book series and training packs on using reflection and building a compassionate culture to achieve excellence.
