Care To Grow's mission is to train more trusted adults to support children’s emotional literacy in schools, so they learn, develop and thrive.

Our vision is for all children and young people to have their basic emotional needs met so that they are able to learn and thrive in school.

We will do this by training Buddies and Mentors to be trusted adults in schools, as we believe that with some simple , yet very effective training, these people can really change a child's life.
