Allen Dubsky Jr., CISSP, is a seasoned Cyber Security Leader with extensive experience in information risk management and IT infrastructure. Currently serving as the Director of Cyber Security and Information Risk Management at CARE since August 2018, Allen has developed comprehensive cybersecurity training programs and has implemented strategic initiatives for server infrastructure migration to Azure. Previous roles include Senior Technical Advisor/Network Engineer at CARE, Senior Network Engineer at Beyond Computer Solutions, Inc., and IT Technician at SweetWater Brewing Company, among others. Allen's career showcases expertise in deploying IT infrastructures, managing cybersecurity vulnerabilities, and developing software solutions that significantly impact organizational efficiency. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Longwood University.
