Hayley Capp

Hayley Capp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in climate justice, advocacy, and governance. Currently serving as the New Corporate Partnership Manager and Climate Specialist at CARE since February 2015, Hayley has developed key advocacy strategies, represented CARE at international climate conferences, and fostered partnerships with southern women's organizations. Previous roles include Climate & Gender Advisor and Knowledge Management Coordinator, where significant contributions were made to climate adaptation initiatives and inclusive governance strategies. Hayley holds a Master of Science in Development Management from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Human Science from UCL. This expertise is complemented by experience in both public and private sectors, including work with Coffey International Ltd and the Department for International Development (DFID).
