Tessa Lyons-Laing

Tessa Lyons-Laing is a Director of Product at Facebook. Tessa was previously Business Lead to Facebook’s Chief Operating Officer, Sheryl Sandberg. Tessa started her career as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, where she focused on technology and media. Prior to Facebook, she worked at LeanIn.Org, a global community committed to empowering all women to achieve their ambitions. Tessa graduated magna cum laude from Harvard. She lives in San Francisco. Tessa joined CARE’s Board of Directors in 2017.
