Rob Cho is the Chief Financial Officer and SVP of Finance at CareAbout. Prior to this, they served as the Interim CFO and SVP of Finance at Commonwealth Care Alliance, where they were responsible for the $2 billion+ revenue payer and provider P&L. Rob has also worked as a Big 4 Consulting Manager for Health Industries Advisory at both PwC and Deloitte.

At PwC, Rob was recruited to help grow the government practice which focused on Medicare and Medicaid products. Rob ensured quality of client deliverables, developed staff, and managed project profitability. Rob also assisted in proposal development and contributed to growing the practice. At Deloitte, they specialized in healthcare strategy, M&A (pre and post-merger), and operating improvements. Rob led research team on payor/provider partnership models and valued pre-bid synergies, planned post-post-merger synergies, and created tracking mechanisms.

Some of their notable achievements include advising a client on pricing strategy for Medicare Part D product in order to regain market share after an overly conservative bid strategy, implementing Medicare and Medicaid Duals programs in California and New York, and exceeding initial synergy target by $15M to reach annual savings of $90M for a PBM.

Rob Cho's educational career began with a BA in Modern European Theirtory from Wesleyan University. Rob then went on to earn an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School. In addition, Rob Cho holds certifications from Coursera in Digital Transformation and from AGI - Goldratt Institute in Jonah Program Certification – Theory of Constraints for Strategy and Process Improvement. Finally, Rob Cho has a certificate from Wharton Executive Education in Mergers and Acquisitions Program.
