Nourhan Farhat

Nourhan Farhat currently serves as Vice President of Strategy & Ventures and Vice President of People at Careem, where responsibilities include designing HR strategies, managing a team of over 80 in various departments, and fostering high employee engagement leading to a top 5 percentile NPS score among global tech companies. Previously, Nourhan held the position of Chief of Staff & Head of Corporate Strategy at Careem, developing long-term strategic plans and coordinating departmental efforts to meet company objectives. Prior experience includes roles at McKinsey & Company as Engagement Manager and Associate, where Nourhan introduced innovative sales strategies and conducted significant productivity improvements, as well as an earlier tenure at Roland Berger progressing from Consultant to Senior Consultant II, executing critical market studies and operational improvements. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD and a BE in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
