Pavel Petrov

Pavel Petrov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and data-driven decision-making. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Careem since June 2022, Pavel leads a customer insights squad focused on building a robust data platform for personalized customer experiences. Prior to this, Pavel held the position of Head of Data and ML Products at МегаФон for five years, managing multiple cross-functional teams and significantly increasing revenue from upselling and retention. Pavel has also contributed to the success of various projects at X5 Retail Group, Home Credit and Finance Bank, and OTP Bank, demonstrating expertise in analytics and CRM solutions. Pavel holds degrees in Applied Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University and Finance from Новая Экономическая Школа.
