Alexandra Jones has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Alexandra started their career at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. in 2017, where they served as a Youth Advocate. In this role, they developed new services for at-risk youth, created education and career plans, and provided progress updates to management and stakeholders.
In 2021, Alexandra joined the WA Department of Children, Youth, and Families as a Family Assessment and Response Social Worker. Here, they served on state policymaking committees, counseled individuals and families on various social issues, and developed personalized service plans.
More recently, Alexandra worked at Career TEAM, starting as a Career Advisor in October 2021. In this position, they represented the company on a regional team, implemented training programs, and analyzed company updates to improve performance and policies. Alexandra then transitioned to the role of Project Coordinator in August 2022, where they strengthened partnerships, facilitated placement meetings, and identified project needs. Currently, Alexandra holds the position of Project Lead, where they continue to contribute to the company's growth and success.
Alexandra Jones holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International/Global Studies from Kansas State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Coaching and Developing Employees from LinkedIn and Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) from the American Red Cross. Alexandra has also completed the Mandt System training provided by Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. as part of their educational background.
