Maxine C.'s work experience begins in 2009 as a Career Advisor at Metro Career Center/JobWorks, Inc. In this role, they assisted customers in finding employment and conducted assessments and interviews. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing operations, implementing the organization's vision, and monitoring key performance indicators.
Maxine C. obtained a Professional Specialized Certification in Workforce Development Career Advising from UC San Diego in the year 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Peace and Justice Studies from the University of San Diego between 2007 and 2008. Maxine's undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Mount Saint Mary's University, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Maxine'smajor was Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology, and they also completed a minor in Pre-Law.
