W. Deon Lister

Community Engagement Lead at Career TEAM

W. Deon Lister has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Most recently, they have been working at Career TEAM since 2019. W. Deon started as a Career Projects Coordinator and then transitioned to the role of Outreach Coordinator. Currently, they hold the position of Community Engagement Lead.

Before joining Career TEAM, Lister worked at Career Path Services as an Employment Practitioner from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they were employed at WorkForce Central as an Employment and Training Specialist II from 2015 to 2016.

Lister also has experience in event production and promotion, having worked at Black Royalty Promotions as an Event Producer and Promoter since 2008.

W. Deon Lister attended Walla Walla Community College from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies. W. Deon then pursued further education at Central Washington University from 2000 to 2002, completing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
