Deepu Heeran

Deepu Heeran is an experienced talent management professional currently serving as Associate Vice President at Careernet since March 2024, following a similar role at HirePro from May 2023 to May 2024. With a robust background in recruitment, Deepu has held multiple senior positions including Associate Vice President and Senior Account Manager at Careernet from 2018 to 2023, as well as various roles at HirePro, starting from Senior Consultant to Account Manager in Recruitment Process Outsourcing. Prior to these positions, Deepu co-founded FirstReach Technologies, overseeing recruitment processes and customer relations, and has experience in talent acquisition and recruitment activities with companies like Huawei, Altran, and Ardik Consulting. Deepu holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Calicut University.
