In addition to their academic qualifications, Daniela has obtained various certifications, including Registered Product Owner™ and Registered Scrum Master™ from Agile Education by Scrum Inc.™ in 2024, and certifications in diversity and inclusion in the workplace, product management, nonprofit leadership, and customer service from different institutions. Daniela also holds certifications in first aid and CPR/AED from the American Red Cross and completed training programs in health information privacy and security, social and behavioral research, and responsible conduct of research.

CareerWise has consulted with workforce and education leaders in more than 28 states and after launching the pilot program in Colorado, helped launch programs in Indiana, Michigan, New York and Washington, D.C., making implementations faster and more cost effective based on the organization’s technology, training infrastructure and unique expertise.
