Charlene Parlette

Charlene Parlette, LCPC, is a seasoned behavioral health professional with extensive experience in various roles within the mental health field. Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Care Manager at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since April 2018, Charlene previously held positions as a Behavioral Health Care Coordinator at Magellan Health and as a Clinical Care Manager at Beacon Health Options, where responsibilities included utilization management and conducting assessments for Medicaid recipients. Charlene has also worked as a Clinical Supervisor with Value Options, providing leadership to mental health clinicians supporting military service members and their families. Earlier career experience includes roles as an EAP Lifeworks Consultant and Crisis Clinician, delivering critical mental health services in various settings. Charlene holds a Master's Degree in Christian Counseling from Cairn University, earned between 2001 and 2004.
