Elizabeth Poist

Elizabeth Poist is an experienced manager and director in the fields of market research and customer engagement. Currently serving as the Manager of Voice of the Customer at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since January 2022, Elizabeth previously held leadership roles including Director and Interim Director at Walden University from April 2019 to December 2021.
