Lakesha James

LaKesha James, MBA, is an experienced IT professional with over 25 years in quality assurance and program management within the technology sector. LaKesha has been with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since February 2008, currently serving as Director of IT Business Relationship in Health Services and Government Programs, while also managing a portfolio of testing delivery services. Previous roles at CareFirst include Program Director for Software Testing and Program Manager for Provider Portfolio Testing. Prior to CareFirst, LaKesha held positions at Ajilon as an IT Consultant/Sr. Test Engineer, and RewardsPlus as Sr. Test Engineer/Application Test Lead, among other roles. LaKesha earned an MBA in Information Technology Management and a Bachelor's degree in Information Science & Systems from Morgan State University.
