Lauren Zunikoff

Lauren Zunikoff is a seasoned data engineering professional with over a decade of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Data Engineering Manager for Finance Data Systems at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since June 2013, Lauren has previously held various roles including Data Analytics Manager, Lead Data Engineer, and Senior Data Warehouse Engineer. Prior to this, Lauren worked as a Research Associate at Sage Policy Group and completed an internship at the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce. Lauren’s early experience includes a legislative assistant position at Hirschler Fleischer Consulting and a solid academic foundation with a B.A. in Political Science, specializing in Public Policy and Administration from James Madison University.
