Pia Modesto

Pia Modesto is an experienced Program Manager at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, where responsibilities include overseeing quality and member experience and co-chairing the Asian ERG Social and Community Committee. Since July 2018, Pia has also served as a Project Manager for Customer Strategy & Solutions and undertook a temporary role as Division Advisor.
