Pooja Misra

Pooja Misra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process management and program management across various sectors. Currently, Pooja serves as the Manager of Business Process Management at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, overseeing a team focused on developing organizational process management standards. Pooja also holds the position of Vice President at Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities include managing strategic enhancements for operational efficiencies and risk control processes in the Global Operations group.
