Stephen Jepson

Stephen Jepson serves as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Markets at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since July 2019, following various leadership roles including Vice President of Underwriting and Vice President of Large Group Sales and Client Management. Prior to CareFirst, Stephen held the position of Vice President and Director of Employee Benefits at The Evans Agency, where significant growth was achieved in the Employee Benefits Division. As CEO of Crown Benefits Group, Inc., Stephen successfully returned the company to profitability and improved financial integrity. Early in the career, Stephen was a Senior Vice President at HealthNow New York Inc., overseeing major accounts, pricing, and operational performance. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University and an MBA in Marketing Management from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
