Annaelle Gicquel is an experienced professional in operations coordination and customer service within the aviation and tourism industries. Currently serving as the NSW Operations Controller at CareFlight since March 2023, Annaelle oversees the logistics of air ambulance missions and coordinates FFR deployments. Prior roles include Logistics Coordinator at CareFlight, Travel Advisor and Ticketing Agent for Pays de Saint Jean de Monts, and Reservation Agent for Val Thorens and Big White Ski Resort. Additional experience includes customer service roles at Air Transat and Singapore Airlines, alongside a foundation in sales and client relations from education at Université d'Angers and Pigier.
