Allen Orgeron has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Allen started their career at KPMG US as a Senior Audit Associate in August 2011 and worked there until November 2013. Allen then joined Lennox International, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Accounting Analyst, Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Corporate Audit from November 2013 to November 2017. After that, they worked as a Management Consultant at Riveron from December 2017 to September 2019. Allen then served as the Chief Financial Officer at Lindsey Health from October 2019 to January 2023. Following that, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at NCD from June 2021 to March 2023. Currently, Allen is a Managing Partner at BAO Consulting since January 2021. In 2022, they will also take on the role of Chief Financial Officer at CareGuide Advocates.

Allen Orgeron obtained their education at Jesuit High School of New Orleans from 2002 to 2006. Allen then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Business Administration from Rhodes College between 2006 and 2010. After completing their bachelor's degree, they continued their education at Rhodes College and earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Accounting from 2010 to 2011.
