Charing Wong

Charing Wong is a seasoned product professional with extensive experience in software engineering and program management, currently serving as the Director of Product at CareGuide since September 2016. In addition to this role, Charing is a Youth Program Facilitator at Ladies Learning Code, leading technical workshops for a diverse age group on weekends. Previous experience includes positions at Code.org as a Software Engineer and Product Manager Contributor, and at Microsoft, where contributions included significant user experience features for Windows 7 through Windows 10 and co-inventing 15 patents pending. Charing has also held internships at Morgan Stanley, Macquarie Group, Oculus Info Inc., and BMO, where skills in software development and design were honed. Charing holds a Bachelor of Software Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
