Prior to this role, Tom M. gained extensive experience at Mirus Australia, ascending through various positions from Senior Consultant to Chief Operating Officer between March 2013 and May 2025. Earlier career experiences include roles as Claims Specialist at Suncorp, Reinsurance Technician at Pacific Life Re, and Account Executive at Allianz Insurance. Tom M. is a Certified Organisational Coach (Level One) from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, obtained in 2019, and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in English Language and Literature from St Mary’s University, Twickenham, completed in 2010.
