Marguerite Baxter

Marguerite Baxter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government affairs, public policy, and healthcare services. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at CareMetx, LLC since 2011, Baxter leads efforts in patient-centric services and data analytics for specialty therapies. Previously, Baxter held the position of Principal at Government Relations and Public Policy, LLC, advising biotech companies, and served as VP and Global Head of Government Affairs at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics, where a global legislative and policy department was established. Earlier roles include VP of Government Affairs at Chiron Corporation, Senior Director of Congressional and Scientific Affairs at Pharmacia Corporation, and VP of Government Affairs at Capitol Associates, Inc. Additionally, Baxter contributed as Special Assistant to the Director of AIDS Research Policy at the National Institutes of Health.
