Austin Nadeau-Loveday has extensive experience in business intelligence and customer service roles, currently serving as a Business Intelligence Analyst at CareOregon since September 2015. Throughout the tenure at CareOregon, Austin has also held positions as a Knowledge Management Analyst, Training Specialist, Quality Assurance Grievance Coordinator, Provider Customer Service Lead, and Provider Customer Service Representative. Prior experience includes working as a Claims Analyst at Performance Health Technology for a brief period in early 2015 and as a Member Service Representative at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield in late 2014. Austin Nadeau-Loveday holds an Associate of Science degree from Mt. Hood Community College, earned between 2017 and 2019.
