Prior experience includes positions at Health Share of Oregon as a Quality Improvement Coordinator/Transformation Specialist and at Clackamas County as both a Policy Analyst and Quality Management Coordinator. Emily also worked as a Program Planner at Clackamas County and held various roles at Morrison Child and Family Services, including Program Manager and Child and Family Therapist. Emily holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Lewis & Clark College and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Social Relations from Earlham College.
