Jennifer Chi serves as the Director of Digital Experience at CareOregon, where responsibilities include leading strategy development for an integrated omnichannel customer experience. Prior to this role, Jennifer spent nearly a decade at Kaiser Permanente, holding various leadership positions such as Telehealth Technology Strategist, where strategic planning for an integrated care model impacted over 12 million members, and Manager of Medicare Market Strategy, achieving record-setting growth in a substantial Medicare business. Additional experience includes managing strategy and operations for public health initiatives, conducting consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton, and overseeing national healthcare quality improvement projects with IHI. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Health Management from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Bachelor’s degree in the History of Science and History of Medicine from Yale University.
