Lani Fukuzawa is an experienced professional with a robust background in project management and process improvement. Since 2008, Lani has held multiple roles at CareOregon, currently serving as an Enterprise Project Manager and previously as a Process Improvement Coordinator. Prior to this, Lani was the Principal at Genesis Consulting from 1991 to 2008 and led the OD Practice at HR Answers, Inc. from 2000 to 2001. Lani also spent 13 years at Security Pacific Bank, achieving the role of Vice President and Manager. Lani holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Chico.
