Quyen Phan

Quyen Phan, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Accountant for Reporting and Analysis at CareOregon since May 2022, focusing on monthly IBNR claim accrual and financial risk management. Prior experience includes a Financial Analyst role at LifeMap Assurance Company from April 2016 to May 2022, where Quyen contributed to the annual budget process aimed at reducing operating expenses and enhancing capital efficiency. Quyen also worked as a Cost Accountant and Student Accountant at Cambia Health Solutions, where responsibilities included cost closure, journal entry preparation, and account reconciliation.
