Brian joined CarePayment after six years in management roles at healthcare companies backed by MedCare Investment Funds, a private family office. Most recently he was VP & General Counsel at OccuSystems, Inc., a holding company for third-party administrators managing occupational injuries. Brian began his career in the structured finance group at Guggenheim Partners in Chicago. He received a BBA in finance from the University of Notre Dame and a JD from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
