Scott Smith

Scott Smith currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success & Implementation at CarePredict, Inc. since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles as National Director of Resident Programming at Five Star Senior Living from April 2021 to November 2023, and Director of Education and Experience at Thrive Senior Living from October 2019 to November 2020. Smith also held the position of Director of Implementation at It's Never 2 Late from May 2012 to October 2019. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Ashland University, attended from 1998 to 2001, and studies at The Ohio State University from 1997 to 1999.
