Brandon Blackman

Brandon Blackman, MBA, serves as the Director of Product Development at CareRev, where leadership focuses on transforming marketplace technology into an open, on-demand workforce platform for healthcare. Since January 2022, Brandon has overseen the rapid launch of automated shift scheduling capabilities aimed at reducing reliance on external staffing. Previously, Brandon held the position of Senior Product Manager, spearheading the development of AI-enabled "Smart Rates" that optimize labor costs and improve shift fulfillment speed. A career in product management spans several companies, including Crema and HealthSplash, alongside a consulting role at Andrew Reise Consulting. Educational credentials include an MBA in Leadership and Ethics and a B.S. in Biblical and Theological Studies, both from John Brown University.
