Jay Hill

Jay Hill is an experienced analytics and medical economics professional currently serving as Vice President of Analytics and Vice President of Medical Economics at CareSource since June 2020. Previously, Jay held various leadership positions at naviHealth, including Director of Business Intelligence Solutions and Director of Data Warehouse, where team growth and successful management of a complex data warehouse implementation were achieved. Earlier roles include Senior Healthcare Analyst and Actuarial Analyst, providing critical insights into healthcare data and business opportunities. Jay also contributed to data analytics as a Data Analyst II and Operations Analyst II at Resurgent Capital Services and gained early experience as a Capital Markets Intern at OppenheimerFunds. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Economics from The University of the South.
