Jillian Henrichs

Jillian Henrichs (Leenay), FSA, MAAA, currently serves as the Director of Actuarial Services at CareSource since September 2023. Previously, Jillian held the role of Director of Actuarial Services at Centene Corporation from January 2020 to September 2023, where responsibilities included acting as the lead Medicare actuary for multiple states, certifying Medicare bids, and developing strategies for improved gross margins. Jillian's experience extends to previous positions at WellCare Health Plans, UnitedHealth Group, and various internships, showcasing strong actuarial skills, including the development of analytical tools and collaboration across teams. Jillian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Actuarial Science, Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
