Jeniqua Duncan, DO, MBA, currently serves as the Chief of Value Based Care and Associate Medical Director at CareSouth Carolina, Inc. since February 2018. Additionally, Jeniqua operates J Duncan Consulting as a Professional Organizer and Productivity Consultant, assisting clients with organization and time management to achieve lifestyle modifications. Previous roles include Medical Director of Onsite Services and Population Health, and Associate Vice President of Occupational Health at McLeod Health from 2011 to 2017, as well as several academic positions as an Assistant Professor at institutions including the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and the Medical University of South Carolina. Jeniqua holds a Doctor of Osteopathy from Kansas City University, an MBA in Healthcare Leadership from Rockhurst University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Xavier University of Louisiana.
