Jason Payne has a strong background in R&D, business development, and technical leadership. Jason began their career at Hutchinson Technology as a Development Engineer before joining Eastman Kodak Company, where they held roles as a Senior Development Engineer, Program Manager, and Process Engineer. At Carestream, Jason worked as the Vice President of R&D and Business Development, Chief Technology Officer for Films, and held various director-level positions in technical development, manufacturing flow, new product development, and strategic project engineering. Jason also served as the Head of Life Cycle Management, responsible for improving cross-functional collaborations and processes.
Jason Payne has obtained a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. in Physics and Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University.
