Laura Baldo has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Laura began their career as a Sales Representative at Kollyn International CO., LTD., from June 1992 to December 1995. In 1999, they worked as a Web Designer and Programmer at Global Windows, where they gained expertise in Adobe Photoshop website designs, XHTML, CSS, ASP.NET, and Linux OS system administration. From October 2005 to January 2007, Laura worked as a Software QA Engineer at Xerox Corporation.
From 2007 onwards, Laura has been actively involved in the field of software quality engineering. At Carestream, they held various leadership roles, including Senior Software Quality Engineer Lead for different products such as Non-Destructive Testing Products, Computed & Digitized Radiography Products Common Software Platform, DRX-Revolution, and OnSight 3D Extremity Scanner. In these roles, they demonstrated their ability to lead software quality teams, conduct verification and validation activities, capture customer workflows, generate metric reports, conduct risk analysis, and provide feedback to innovation teams for new product development and improvements. Laura also worked closely with development and regulatory teams and ensured compliance with quality system requirements.

Laura Baldo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2006. Laura also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Carestream, which they obtained in 2015.
