Grace Fletcher is an experienced professional in educational support and vocational training. Currently serving as a Senior Job Coach at CareTrade UK Charitable Trust since September 2022, Grace specializes in assisting young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Prior experience includes a role as a Learning Support Assistant at Christ The King Sixth Forms and as a School Office Administrator at Woodhill Primary School, where responsibilities involved managing office systems and communication within a busy school environment. Additional experience as a Learning Support Assistant and Administrator at Roots and Shoots focused on supporting individuals with Educational Health Care Plans (EHCP) and special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Grace holds a degree in Childhood and Youth Studies from the University of Bedfordshire and a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education from Lewisham College.

Founders Katherine Doré OBE and Karen Edwards are both parents to teenage autistic sons and passionately believe in the development and potential of young adults. The organization exists to provide support and change the lives of young people who would like the opportunity to play an active role in their community. We strives to improve the life chances of school leavers and adults by creating inspirational and sustainable opportunities that will help them achieve their potential and be as independent as possible.
