The Opportunity
Position Summary: Under general supervision performs a wide range of skilled mechanical maintenance and repair work related to the building, equipment, and operating systems as per the Carewest standards. Representative work includes: Demand facility maintenance as required by the customer. Preventative maintenance on all facility systems and equipment , which includes but not limited to HVAC, Life safety systems, Nurse Call, Telephones, patient beds and lifts, plumbing and drainage systems. Provide assistance to all other maintenance staff, as well as contractors. Performs other related duties as required.
