Thomas Sands

Thomas Sands has over a decade of experience in analytics and strategy, currently serving as Senior Manager of Car Care Analytics at CARFAX since March 2012. In this role, Thomas leads analytics for the Car Care business unit, overseeing performance, KPI, and planning reporting while mentoring and developing a team of analysts. Previous positions include Manager of Strategy & Analytics, Product Engagement Manager, Partner Development Manager, and Business Data Analyst at CARFAX, as well as consulting roles at List Innovative Solutions and ServiceSource. Thomas began their career as a Sales Support Coordinator/Data Analyst and has a background in public relations and design from the University of Kentucky, where a Bachelor of Arts in Art Studio with a focus on Photography was earned.
